Experts warn there is no safe threshold for radioactive exposure By Kim Jae-heun Nuclear experts from around the world are condemning the Japanese government`s possible move to discharge radioactive water from the destroyed Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant into the Pacific Ocean.
